Warranty Terms

Thank you for choosing VenX Computing for your computer purchase. We want you to have a satisfying experience with our products, and we stand behind the quality of our merchandise. Please read the following warranty terms carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Warranty Coverage

All gaming PCs sold on VenX Computing are covered by our 3 year warranty, unless otherwise stated. The warranty period and coverage details vary depending on the specific product and manufacturer. Please refer to the product description or documentation provided with your purchase for warranty information.

This warranty is only valid if the product:

  • 1. Was installed per VenX Computing instructions;
  • 2. Was not damaged by software or hardware, including software or hardware incompatibility;
  • 3. Was maintained and operated under conditions of normal use in accordance with VenX Computing specifications;
  • 4. Was not damaged by overclocking or modification by someone other than VenX Computing.

The warranty shall not apply where product(s) are used to any degree, outside of normal intended use, which shall include but not limited to “MINING” (e.g., Cryptocurrency, Data Mining, Mining Farms).”

 Any modification made to the Product must be reversed prior to shipment back to VenX Computing for warranty service. Product must be in original condition to receive warranty service. Determination of damage or defect, as a result of any modifications or overclocking by purchaser, will be at the sole discretion of VenX Computing. Any charges arising due to modification will be the responsibility of the Purchaser.

Any return shipping fees may, at VenX Computing sole discretion, be the responsibility of the Purchaser if the product is not covered by the warranty. 

2. Manufacturer’s Warranty

The manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the duration specified by the manufacturer. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

3. Warranty Claims

If you believe your product is defective and covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, please contact us immediately at [email protected] to initiate a warranty claim. We may require proof of purchase and additional information about the nature of the defect.

4. Warranty Exclusions

The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse
  • Improper installation or maintenance
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Acts of nature, such as lightning, floods, or earthquakes
  • Use of the product for purposes other than those intended by the manufacturer

5. Warranty Remedies

If a product is found to be defective and covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, we will work with the manufacturer to repair or replace the product, or issue a refund, at our discretion. The method of remedy will depend on the manufacturer’s warranty policy and the circumstances of the warranty claim.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, [Website Name] shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of any product sold on our website, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, loss of data, or loss of use.

7. Additional Rights

These warranty terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and other applicable consumer protection laws in New Zealand.

Returns:

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@venx.co.nz with your order details and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Restocking Fee

If the item does not arrive in sealed condition, VenX Computing reserves the right to reject the return or may at its sole discretion apply a 20% restocking fee/damaged return fee, which will be deducted from any credit issued. 


Exceptions:

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

    • Gaming PCs
    • Downloadable software products

    • Gift cards
    • Services

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping:

  • We offer free shipping within New Zealand
  • Order processing for gaming pc’s usually 3-5 days
  • Shipping and delivery dates varies by places and VenX Computing is not responsible for any delays caused by third party handling.
